JELLY BANANA IN AGAR AGAR
for a large loaf pan and lots of small bites
2 bananas
1 cup of green tea (or milk infused tea)
1c. tb (rounded) of wheat flour (or cornstarch, but I am angry with her)
1c. level tablespoon of agar agar
60g brown sugar
Mix the mashed banana.
In a saucepan, mix the flour into the tea, add the agar agar and sugar. Boil gently, then whisk for 30 seconds. Finally, turn off the heat, add the bananas and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan (I covered with plastic wrap so that it is well removed from the mold once made) and allow to cool before you refrigerate 6 hours minimum (no more than 1 night after agar agar tends to make water).
When the mixture is well taken, unmold, cut into cubes and taste ... (Well. .. with a glass of sake, for example)
A COOKIE DOUGH BLACK SESAME
to accompany appetizers
100g wheat flour
20g almond powder (home)
2c. tablespoons black sesame paste
1grosse c. tablespoons agave syrup
soymilk
Mix flour and ground almonds, add black sesame, agave syrup, mix with your fingertips. Pour the milk gradually to form a smooth ball.
Spread on a lightly floured work plan. Cut out cookies (shaped flowers) and bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 10 min.
crunched when they have cooled, dipped in a glass of iced milk (or matcha latte, if anyone has a recipe ...)
