Teleperformance Tunisia adopted a style "Facebook" in its recruitment page in Jobs in The Press this Sunday, January 23, 2011.
Instead of presenting a description of the job with the classic job description and profile, Teleperformance has an easily customized page of The Press this Sunday with the colors and style Facebook, entitling Joblook.
A status "In 2011 your chance" as the ad title and exchange on the wall of the page between a potential candidate and Teleperformance with questions that any candidate could ask, and especially with the a priori that any Tunisia on the call center and responses change promises you see on traditional ads, direct answers and "personalized" who want to have more impact among potential future employees of Teleperformance Tunisia.
One way Facebook is recruiting immediately ask: Is Téléperformance does the same on this social network?
The answer is no, because until then Teleperformance has no official Facebook page for his communication on this network ( existing pages are open pages by facebookers all of which are very poorly maintained) and has not made recruitment campaign through Facebook Ads these days to support this new feature on the press. I am unable to say whether this giant of contact centers has already communicated in the past with Facebook Ads, or Google Adwords ads but I think it has something to gain by thinking or knowing how to put .
Finally, in real life, activity in the contact center Teleperf. has returned to normal almost. The curfew that we are now meant that daytime hours are reduced to allow all world return, the teams take their positions at night earlier than usual to provide continuity of outsourced services in these facilities and ensure its contribution to the smooth running of our economy: foreign investment and job opportunities in the market.
